Scouts

The Scout section is for young people aged between 10.5 and 14. The scouts are organized into three patrols, Eagles, Panthers and Wolves, and in these patrols the scouts take part in various games and activities.

Throughout the year the scouts will get involved in hiking competitions, both night and day, climbing, camping, cooking plus lots of other activities.

We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:00 to 21:00 and currently have over 20 scouts

During a troop meeting we will play a couple of games and then get on with our main activity. We aim to run a well rounded and fun programme with the goal of getting the scouts their Chief Scouts Gold Award.

We are always looking for extra volunteers to help us on a Tuesday evening. If you wish to join the scout section you can complete the form on the Join page.
